3. Courses and Safety
Motorcycling carries risk. Our training reduces but does not eliminate risk. You agree to follow coach instructions, wear required protective gear, and ride within your limits.
4. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations
- Prices are listed in USD and may change before booking confirmation.
- Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment receipt.
- Rescheduling and cancellations follow the policy communicated at checkout.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
6. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, abusive, or disruptive activities.
- No attempts to access non-public systems or data.
- No automated scraping without consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content, including journal-style materials and course curricula, is owned by GraniteVox Moto Craft or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
